Flotante PV is a project developed by Fraunhofer Chile and its Center for Solar Energy Technologies with support from the Metropolitan Regional Government through its Innovation Fund for Competitiveness, FIC-R Met, BIP Code: 40026953-0.

From Fraunhofer Chile we briefly tell some reasons why - in order to advance in sustainability - our country needs Green Hydrogen.

The water crisis, climate change, the reduction of arable land and a large solar resource were some of the aspects considered by the Urban Farm PV project, an initiative developed by Fraunhofer Chile with funding from the FIC of the Metropolitan Regional Government, and whose beneficiaries were the Municipality of Quinta Normal and the Startup Urbana Grow.
